I am not very good at navigating the computer; but I want to leave a review for the young man, Cameron, who came to service my air conditioner this morning. Cameron was on time, friendly, professional, and efficient. He is an asset to your company.
Climate Tech service was absolutely amazing, from scheduling our appointment to the Best Service Tech - Tyler Hill so knowledgeable, friendly, explaining how everything works. Definitely recommend Tyler Hill & Climate Tech.
All Climate-Tech representatives did a great job. Mannie was out to service my system and he worked very hard to clean out the mess the damaged filter had caused and got the problem corrected. Robert came and assessed everything and suggested the Aprilaire Filter system. And the installers did an excellent job of installing the new system. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Robert knowledgeable quoted me a very fair price and I am very pleased with my new air filter system. Thank you everyone!!!
My technician, Cameron was knowledgeable, customer oriented and showed concern for my needs. Very nice man and a real credit to Climate-Tech! Seemed very trustworthy for any future needs or concerns.
While all technicians from Climate-Tech are very good and knowledgeable and Anthony. Extremely detail oriented took time to check and make sure everything was working correctly as well as explain what they were doing and what was done. Highly fortunate to have them provide service for their needs.
The work performed by Kyle, Tyler, and the second crew (I didn't get their names) showed great pride in the quality of their work which is really important to me. The water tanks have really transformed our home. Thank you Climate-Tech for a job well done.
I wanted to let you know that I am extremely pleased with work done at my home HVAC system when operating the heat was extremely noisy due to ‘oil canning’ in the ductwork. Two local HVAC companies had confirmed that the annoying pinging noise was the ductwork but they passed on fixing the problem. Robert visited my unit, assessed solutions and the process to repair. Shortly thereafter, Chris and Kevin came and modified the ductwork and installed the new. They were awesome! Their unique skills are incredible. All was completed in a day. I now enjoy quiet heat. Thank you Climate-Tech.

We had the good fortune all last week of having two of your employees at our home converting us from electric to a gas furnace. The team of Kyle and Tyler were very respectful during the entire week, while having to work outside in some of the nastiest conditions. Their laying of a gas line all through our Bob Schmidt home tiny attic was no easy turn, and yet they remained business like with a smile. They explained why certain possibilities became impossible, and included our thoughts when a choice in the job had to be done. All in all, two of the nicest, hard working guys, throughout all of this. We would not hesitate to ask for them again in the future. We are very pleased.
My A/C was serviced today. Cameron was very nice and diligent and gave me good suggestions for when the fall starts. He was very nice and showed me before and after results and before and after pictures and explained everything in great detail. He did excellent work, it was a great experience. Thank you very much! I am very happy with Clima-Tech’s excellent service.
The service was prompt - I received confirmations of the appointment and reminders prior to and day off. Sam arrived at the exact scheduled time. The work was completed - routine inspection and a minor repair. Any costs were communicated prior to execution. I always have great service with Climate-Tech.
If I could give 10 Stars I would. Our water heater decided we should get coal this year. With a Day’s turn around Ben and Patrick not only got our tankless water heater installed but covered via warranty. You guys are excellent! Wonderful company! Climate tech will always be our go to for HVAC services. I called them to schedule an appointment because our thermostat stopped working and they got somebody out immediately the next morning. Samantha was our technician, she was very friendly, arrived on time and immediately assessed and fixed the issue. I would recommend this company to anybody! They are very reasonable with prices as well.

The process was very professional. The sales person, Ben, did a great job explaining what I was getting. Then the follow-up and installation process could not have gone better. Both Chris and Avery were extremely cordial and did a great job by getting the heat back on by the end of day one, then cleaning up when the project was completed. I recommend them for any job you might need.

Our experience was great! The techs were very nice, thorough and efficient. They make you feel like your home and comfort is their number one priority. I highly recommend them.
